Who we are
Drayton Exterior Cleaning (DEC) is a trading name of Prime Event & Media Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 16904317. We are the "controller" of the personal information described here.

What we collect and why

We will never sell your information. We only send marketing (for example, news of new services) if you have agreed to it, and every message lets you opt out.
Who helps us handle it
We use trusted suppliers who process information on our behalf:
- Netlify — hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Google Analytics — website statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Fasthosts — our email.
- Our customer portal and booking software — schedules, reminders and account details for customers.
- Stripe — if you choose to pay online. We never see or store your full card details.
Some of these suppliers may store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that don't go ahead: deleted within 12 months.
- Customer records: while you are a customer, then up to 6 years for tax and accounting records.
- Anonymous calculator selections: kept to help with pricing; they contain no personal details.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to stop or limit how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just email hello@draytonclean.co.uk — we'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
